Careers
Wharton Tech Club supports members throughout the full recruiting journey, whether they are targeting big tech, mid-stage growth companies, or early-stage startups. The club combines structured preparation with highly personalized support, helping students navigate roles across product management, strategy and operations, business operations, chief of staff, go-to-market, and other tech-adjacent paths.
A core part of this support is Tech Circles, small peer pods led by second-year mentors who guide members through recruiting with practical advice, accountability, and community. These pods create a consistent space for discussing recruiting strategy, sharing application insights, practicing interviews, and learning from others pursuing similar paths. Members also benefit from tech buddies and peer-to-peer mock interview practice throughout the year.
Beyond pods, the club runs career programming designed to meet students where they are in the process. This includes workshops on interview preparation, resume refinement, recruiting strategy, and skill-building for roles in product management, strategy, and the broader tech ecosystem. The club also hosts AMA sessions with second years and alumni, panel discussions featuring students who interned across different types of tech companies, and practical sessions that demystify recruiting timelines, role expectations, and how to position prior experience for a pivot into tech.
